Langford & Carmichael, Inc. uses a comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan that makes certain the customer is satisfied on every project, every time. Many QA activities such as tracking a multitude of metrics impacting quality on the IDE are described in several sections above. Our quality management philosophy incorporates the following:

Quality Assurance Procedures

Includes audits of management, design, build, quality program, training, quality records and documentation. These procedures ensure satisfaction by verifying that tasks are completed the right way the first time.

Quality Control Procedures

Includes management oversight and clear definition of roles and responsibilities of all team members. These procedures also cover administrative functions associated with meetings, scheduling, tracking and reporting.

Independent Review

Ensures all work products are independently peer-checked until the originators and checker both agree on the technical validity and accuracy of the work product. To assure proper coordination among disciplines, we also conduct multi-disciplinary reviews and document results.
